Program Coordinator/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker

F/T Program Coordinator/ Licensed Clinical Social Worker to oversee ongoing program development and implementation of Children and Family Treatment and Support Services and Home and Community Based Services. Position will provide an exciting opportunity for an LCSW to play a key role in the creation and execution of an array of children’s services, policy development, practice standards establishment, staff development and clinical supervision.  LCSW will also have an opportunity to continue to provide direct clinical services in this role.

 Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the ongoing development of children’s community oriented behavioral health services
  •  Implementation of an array of children’s services
  •  Policy development
  •  Establish practice standards in accordance to NY State regulations
  •  Staff development
  •  Provide clinical supervision 
  •  Provide direct clinical service

Job Requirements:

  • Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  •  Must have familiarity with children’s behavioral health system
  •  Experience with program development, supervision, quality assurance adherence, and clinical practice are required
  •  Must have excellent computer skills
  •  Must have a valid Driver’s license and own transportation
  •  Multilingual a plus
