Vocational Services

Circare has been providing person-centered employment and vocational services for more than 15 years. At Circare, our vocational staff views employment as a priority and, you will find a vocational service that is right for you. Our program utilizes evidence based practices proven to sustain recovery and help people reach their desired goals. Our person-centered approach incorporates personal choice, individuality, and respect for diversity.

Circare offers Employment and Vocational Services through the programs listed below. Many people will be eligible for more than one service and, the referral process for each service differs. Please contact the referral source listed for more information regarding eligibility.

Employment Network, Social Security Ticket to Work

This program provides employment services and support to beneficiaries of Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and/or Supplemental Social Security Income (SSI). To contact this service at Circare call 315-472-7363 and listen for the prompts that direct you to the Social Security Ticket to Work employment network.


Direct employment services and work incentive benefit planning are provided. Please speak to your ACCES-VR counselor about getting a referral to Circare.

Home and Community Based Services (HCBS)

Education and Vocational services are available through Circare’s HCBS program for those enrolled in a Health and Recovery Plan (HARP). Please talk to your Care Manager for more information. Also, more information about Circare’s HCBS program is available here.
